Andrew is a 17 year-old JOAD (Archery) club member who competed in a 3-D archery event in West Virginia recently.
Andrew took top honors in his age group.
He is World Champion in the 15 to 17 year group.

ARCHERY
General Information
West Gardiner Rod and Gun conducts a number of indoor and outdoor archery activities:
I. Junior Archery
- Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD)
o Indoor–December through April, Tuesdays 5:30 to 7:00 PM
o Outdoor–May through September, Tuesdays 5:30 to 7:00 PM
The cost is $10 per evening, plus a $10 bow rental (if required)
II. General Archery
- Adult indoor archery – January through March
o Monday evenings – target shooters - 6:00 through 8:00 PM
o Wednesday evenings – hunters - 6:00 through 8:00 PM
The cost is $10 per evening.
During the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions, hamburgers, hot dogs and refreshments are available.
